Before you ask.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The Squarespace account is in your name and Squarespace bills you directly, so the site stays yours even if you stop working with us.
Can I make changes myself?
Yes. We build everything so you can update text, prices and photos on your own. Bigger changes are covered by a Care plan or billed by the hour.
My site is on Wix, GoDaddy or WordPress. Can you help?
Yes. A Tune-Up works on any platform. For a new site, we move your content to Squarespace and point your domain at it.
Do I have to write the text?
No. Writing is included. We have a 20-minute call and write the copy in your voice. You approve every word.
How does payment work?
Sites are 50% to start and 50% at launch. Tune-Ups are paid upfront. Care plans are billed monthly.
Where are you based?
Hong Kong. We work with practitioners in the US, Europe and Asia by email and video call, and schedule calls at a time that suits you.
