By accessing or using our website design services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with our services.

  2. Scope of Services
Our company provides website design services using the Squarespace platform. We will work with you to create a customized website based on your requirements and preferences. The scope of our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

  3. Client Responsibilities
As the client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the website design process. This includes providing content, images, and any other materials required for the website. You are responsible for ensuring that all provided materials do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

  4. Payment Terms
Our pricing and payment terms will be specified in the agreement or proposal. A deposit may be required before starting the website design process. Full payment is typically due upon completion of the project or as otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or suspension of services.

  5. Intellectual Property

  7. Limitation of Liability
Our company will make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and functionality of the website design. However, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

  8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement if there is a breach of these terms and conditions. Termination may also occur by mutual agreement or upon completion of the project. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will be due.
