Export your members
From Mindbody, Glofox, WellnessLiving, Momence or your own spreadsheet. An Excel file, a Google Sheet or a CSV all work, or just paste the rows into an email. Include people whose membership or pack ended in the last 90 days.Remove names and contact details
Delete the name, email and phone columns. Keep a member number so each person is still a separate row.Check the columns
What they bought, start date, end or expiry date, sessions left on packs and last visit date. Coach or instructor too, if you have it.Email it to us
Send the file, a Google Sheet link (set to “anyone with the link can view”) or the pasted rows to waleed@therivet.agency with the subject "Retention check", and fill in the form above so we know who it's from.

Your data
We only use your data to run your check. We never contact your members, and we delete your data within 30 days. Please remove names, emails and phone numbers before you send it.
